What is Green Line?

Green Line is a curated low-waste ecommerce business that sells low-waste home, beauty, cleaning and other goods. Green Line was started with the mission to help bring sustainable and clean products to everyone - not just staunch environmentalists.

What payments do you accept?

We currently only accept credit card payments from all major credit card companies including Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover.

Do you offer returns?

Because the nature of our products can't be resold, we don't offer returns. If there is an issue with your order please contact us at hello@shopthegreenline.com

What is your shipping policy?

We offer standard shipping (approximately 5 - 8 business days) for a flat rate of $5.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently we are only shipping within the US but please email us at hello@shopthegreenline.com to let us know if you’d like to purchase our products outside of the US!
